I don't know much about coins but this silver dollar looks to be in very fine condition to me. The photos are pretty good so you be the judge. The coin you see is the one you get.

Whirligig Propeller Kit. Custom made, precision machined pine and oak propeller looks great when used as a decorative wall hanging. You can also use it to turn a home made or store bought whirligig into a work of art. The diameter of the prop is 13" from tip to tip. The actual blades are 5-1/2" long. The hub is turned and threaded on a lathe and the blade slots are milled at a 45 deg. angle. The blades are milled to a thickness of 0.125" (1/8") thick. Simply sand the blades, glue the blades to the oak hub, and finish with paint or stain. The hub is tapped and a 1/4" stainless steel socket head cap screw is included. The propeller will run perfectly true when assembled and will easily turn in a slight breeze.
